Anita Renyard

Anita Renyard is a seasoned professional in the banking and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Mortgage & Business Banking Operations at TSB Bank since July 2017, with prior roles including Head of Mortgage Operations & Underwriting and Senior Manager, Mortgage Services. Previously, Anita spent 18 years at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where responsibilities included leading multi-functional operational teams, transforming complaint handling operations in accordance with FCA requirements, and managing sales and incentive schemes. Anita began her career in customer service at Abbey National and Travelbag, and holds a BTEC National Diploma in Travel & Tourism from City of Portsmouth College.
