Declan Hourican

Declan Hourican has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Declan started their career at RBS in 2002, where they held various CFO roles, including Restructuring, Non Core, RBS Insurance, and SME Banking. In 2016, they joined Tesco Bank as CFO and remained in that position until 2021. Currently, they are working as the CFO at TSB Bank since September 2021.

Declan Hourican has a B. Comm (Int) degree in Business Studies from University College Dublin, which they earned from 1993 to 1997. Declan later pursued a Master of Accounting (M. Acc) from the same institution, completing it in 1998.
