Holly James

Holly James is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand sponsorships, social media, and content management at TSB Bank since October 2013. As the Brand Sponsorships, Social Media and Content Lead and Account Director at Kindred TSB, Holly has been instrumental in leading TSB’s internal creative agency and overseeing brand partnerships. Prior roles include Marketing Campaign Manager in various capacities, focusing on customer experience and multi-channel campaigns across several financial products. Holly previously contributed to Lloyds Bank's rebranding efforts post-divestment, served as Community Engagement & Growth Manager at mallowstreet, and worked as an Account Manager at News UK. Holly holds a Joint Honors degree in History and English from Cardiff University and completed a Mini MBA in Marketing in 2019.
