Karen Lapsley

Karen Lapsley has extensive experience in the financial crime and risk management sector, currently serving as the Deputy Nominated Officer and Senior Financial Crime Risk Operations Manager at TSB Bank plc since February 2013. Prior to this role, Karen worked at Lloyds Banking Group from March 2007 to February 2013, holding positions as Senior Manager in Financial Crime Operations Advisory and Group AML Policy Manager. Between 1997 and 2007, Karen was the Deputy MLRO at Standard Life Investments. Karen's foundational education includes attending St Mungo's High School in Falkirk.
