Lisa Lazell

Lisa Lazell is a qualified Enterprise Architect Consultant at TSB Bank since April 2024, with previous experience as an Enterprise Architect and Solutions Architect at RNLI from April 2019 to November 2023. Prior to that, Lisa served as a Microsoft Specialist & Project Manager at IBM Client Innovation Centers Europe and as a Programme & Project Manager at IBM from October 2017 to March 2019. Lisa has a strong history of managing and delivering critical business transformation projects across various sectors, including both public and private domains. With a foundational background as Design Team Lead for the Digital by Default Programme at Bournemouth Borough Council and roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in derivatives technology, Lisa combines strategic vision with practical implementation skills. Educational background includes studies at Bournemouth and Poole College.
