Nicholas Lancaster

Nicholas Lancaster is an experienced professional in brand and creative services, currently serving as the Head of Brand and Internal Creative Services at TSB Bank since June 2015. In this role, Nicholas successfully transformed TSB's internal creative agency 'Kindred' into a fully integrated agency by incorporating web and mobile UX and UI design teams. Prior experience includes leadership roles at M&C Saatchi, where Nicholas oversaw significant accounts such as Change4Life and Virgin Holidays, and played a pivotal role in establishing a new office in the UAE for Etihad Airways. Nicholas holds a BA in English Literature from King's College London, completed in 2009, and has a proven record of achieving high employee engagement rates within teams.
