Paul Samuels

Paul Samuels is an experienced professional in customer insights and research, currently serving as the Customer Research & Insight Manager at TSB Bank since September 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Head of Insights, Data & Evaluation for Sport England Local Pilot at Exeter City Council from October 2018 to August 2022. Paul’s extensive career includes various strategic and managerial roles at O2 (Telefónica UK) from September 2010 to September 2018, and earlier positions at T-Mobile, BDRC, MORI, and NOP. Paul completed a 2:1 degree in History & Politics at the University of Exeter from 1996 to 1999.
