Steve Simms Mrics

Steve Simms MRICS is a seasoned property risk manager and valuer with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Property Risk Manager & Valuer at TSB Bank since February 2019, Steve previously worked as a Surveyor & Valuer at Aldermore Bank PLC from July 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities included the design and management of residential and commercial property processes. Prior to that, Steve was a Surveyor at Banco Santander from September 2005 to July 2015, managing corporate and commercial valuation processes and IT system design. Early career experience includes serving as a Technical IT Advisor at Home Retail Group PLC. Steve holds a BSc in Estate Management from the University of Reading and a Diploma in Surveying Practice from the College of Estate Management.
