The Logistics and Operations team at TSB Transporte y Logística coordinates and oversees the efficient movement, storage, and repair of industrial packages both domestically and internationally. Comprised of key roles like Capataz (Foreman), Carretillero Reparador (Forklift Operator and Repair Specialist), and Jefe De Trafico (Traffic Manager), this team ensures smooth logistics operations, manages traffic flow, monitors compliance with ADT, ADP, ADR, APQ, and SEVESO regulations, and maintains a high level of service reliability through continuous process evaluation and real-time tracking via TSBtrack.
