Nahid Tahrima Rashid has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nahid Tahrima began their career as an Intern at HSBC, where they supported the design and facilitation of a staff event and developed communication materials for phone banking. Following this, they worked as a Brand Executive at Asiatic JWT, focusing on communication. Nahid Tahrima then joined BRAC as a Deputy Manager, leading a team and managing the "Financial Diaries" project for product performance evaluation. At the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Rashid served as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Nahid Tahrima later worked as a Consultant at the World Bank Group. After that, they joined Vital Strategies as an Air Pollution Health Effect Epidemiologist. Most recently, Rashid has been working as a Client Success Manager at TSC.ai.

Nahid Tahrima Rashid completed a Master's degree in Public Policy at the National University of Singapore from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Economics from BRAC University between 2011 and 2013. Their undergraduate education was also at BRAC University, where they earned a Bachelor's of Social Science degree in Economics from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Nahid Tahrima Rashid has obtained certifications in various areas. These include Leadership Development Training from emc (enroute management consulting), Process Mapping and Presenting from MicroSave - Financial Inclusion Consulting, and Project Planning and Management from HR Kites.
