Elvera van der Kooi

Elvera van der Kooi is a PhD student at Sanquin since March 2023, with prior experience as a research technician in immunoglobulin research at Sanquin and the Prinses Máxima Centrum voor kinderoncologie. Elvera has held roles as an event security officer and hospitality medewerker with TSC Crowd Management since February 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Biomolecular Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Groningen, complemented by several research internships in experimental immunohematology, vascular medicine, and biotechnology, focusing on advanced techniques such as cell culturing, antibody production, and molecular assays.
