Shannon MacOmber

Shannon Macomber is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TScan Therapeutics, where efforts focus on building a team to develop new TCR Therapies. Prior experience includes roles at Aerotek from September 2018 to May 2021, where Shannon served as a Contract Recruiter and Account Recruiting Manager, specializing in full-cycle account management and recruiting for leading gene therapy companies. Responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies, managing candidate submittals, and achieving recruitment goals. Earlier experience at Bed Bath & Beyond spanned several roles, from Keyholder to Customer Service Associate. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Bridgewater State University, earned in 2018.
