Alex Munoz

Alex Munoz is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector with extensive experience at TSCG (The Shopping Center Group) since July 2003, where current responsibilities include managing leasing teams across eight offices in four states as a Partner and Managing Director. Alex has a proven track record in business development, hiring, training, and expansion, previously serving as Partner and Director of Leasing, where leadership was established for teams in five offices across three states. Earlier experience includes roles as a Broker focusing on national retailers and landlords, as well as a Commercial Leasing Agent at Terranova Corporation, where a substantial portfolio was managed. Prior to the real estate industry, Alex developed foundational skills as a Teacher for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration, both from Nova Southeastern University.
