Cheryl Hughes

Cheryl Hughes is an accomplished construction and development professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Construction and Development at TSCG (The Shopping Center Group) since August 2023, Cheryl has held similar leadership positions at Rosenthal Properties and Westbrook Properties. Prior to these roles, Cheryl was the owner of Project Management Advisors, Inc. from January 2019 to August 2023 and from January 1994 to December 2012. Additionally, Cheryl contributed to notable projects as a Design and Construction Project Manager at the United States Institute of Peace from September 2005 to April 2011. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree, specializing in Construction Engineering and Management, from Penn State University.
