David Birnbrey

David Birnbrey serves as Chairman and co-CEO of TSCG (The Shopping Center Group), a retail real estate service provider based in Atlanta with 22 offices across the eastern United States, a position held since December 1985. Prior to this role, David worked as a salesperson at I.J. Kapplin & Company from June 1980 to December 1985, specializing in sales and leasing for industrial properties initially, and later transitioning to retail properties. David earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from The University of Georgia, completing studies there from 1975 to 1979.
