Richard Lee is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and compliance across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the COO and CCO at Tschetter Group since May 2020, Richard has previously held senior roles such as Vice President of Operations at Smead Capital Management and Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations at both Elite Wealth Management Inc. and Lattice Capital Management. Prior to these positions, Richard gained valuable expertise in trading and investment at Personal Investments and held multiple titles, including Director of Trading and Operation, at Freestone Capital Management. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
