Ermal Mimani

Ermal Mimani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ermal started their career as a Systems Administrator at Reliant Mortgage in 2001. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an IT Support Engineer at Roan Solutions, Inc, supporting various clients including Astaro AG and Luminus Devices. In 2007, they joined Grass Valley USA LLC as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, Ermal became the Manager of IT at Optikos Corporation, a position they held until 2013. Ermal then moved on to SS&C Technologies as a Senior Systems Engineer for two years. In 2015, they joined RoundTower Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at the University of Massachusetts Medical School as a Senior IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer. Currently, they are working at TSD Rental as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, a position they have held since 2020.

Ermal Mimani earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. Ermal attended the university from 1999 to 2003. In terms of certifications, Ermal obtained various additional certifications including a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in December 2006, a VMware VCP550-DCV certification in August 2016, and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification in June 2009.
