John Q.

John Q. began their work experience in 2003 as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at 3Com, where they worked until 2006. John then moved on to Sonexis (a Compunetix brand) as an SQA Engineer from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they joined Rivulet Communications as an SQA Engineer from 2008 to 2009. John then worked at ConnectEDU as a Project Manager/Business QA Analyst from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, John worked at EBSCO Information Services, starting as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer before becoming a Scrum Master and eventually a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2017, John began working at TSD Mobility Solutions as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

John Q. attended Lesley College School of Management from 1994 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Prior to this, they attended Northeastern University from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Computer Systems. In addition to their education, John Q. obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in May 2016, and as a SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2016.
