Ken Kham has a diverse work experience in the field of customer support and IT.

Ken started working at Datawatch in 2010 as an IT/MIS role for a short period.

From 2012 to 2015, Ken worked as an IT Assistant at Geocomp, where they provided Level 1 Desktop Support and assisted with various IT tasks such as configuring workstations and setting up IP phones and video conferencing systems.

In 2015, Ken joined Everbridge as an IT Support II, where they handled end user support requests through the ticketing system and phone. Ken also prepared, configured, and troubleshooted various end user devices.

Ken then moved on to NWN Corporation in 2016, where they worked as a Customer Success Engineer until 2020. In this role, they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Currently, Ken is employed at TSD Mobility Solutions as a Customer Experience Analyst, where they offer excellent customer service and assists clients with software-as-a-service products via phone and email. Ken also maintains a knowledgebase of problems and solutions to support their teammates.

Ken Kham started their education journey at Middlesex Community College in 2012, where they studied for a year. In 2007, they enrolled in the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and after seven years of study, they obtained a Bachelor's degree. In 2018, Ken attended General Assembly to specialize in User Experience Design.
