Leslie Thomas

Leslie Thomas (MBA) serves as the Group Head of Learning and Development at Tsebo Solutions Group and has extensive experience in the packaging sector, having held positions as Packaging Manager at both HEINEKEN Beverages and Distell. Additionally, Leslie has diversified expertise in human resources, serving as Human Resources Manager and Learning and Development Manager at Distell. Active in the industry, Leslie is a board member and chairperson of the training committee at Winetec. Furthermore, Leslie contributes as a Non-Executive Director on the Foodbev Board. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Business Administration and Management from Stellenbosch Business School, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from Stellenbosch University, expected to be completed in December 2024.
