Emma Henderson

Emma Henderson is an experienced operations manager currently serving at TSG since June 2022. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Head of Process and Delivery at Echo-U Ltd from July 2021 to June 2022 and was the Head of Prepayment at Green for a brief period from November 2020 to April 2021. Emma's extensive tenure at EDF (UK) from February 2001 to August 2020 included various roles such as Prepayment Debt Project Lead, Prepayment Activity Manager, Team Manager, Team Performance Coach, and Customer Service Advisor. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Northumbria University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
