Nicole Mascera

Nicole Mascera currently serves as Senior Vice President of HR & Talent at TSG Consumer Partners, where responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives to enhance performance, engagement, and development while overseeing recruiting and HR operations. Previously, Nicole worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at HR & Talent Advisory, focusing on designing HR systems and strategies to improve talent acquisition and operational efficiency. Nicole held the position of Head of Human Capital at Sycamore Partners, developing comprehensive human capital strategies supporting business objectives, and served as Chief People Officer at Marquee Brands, leading the Human Capital ecosystem for strategic growth. Additionally, Nicole is a board member of ShareHope Foundation Inc, which aims to provide dignified work and fair wages in Haiti's garment industry. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
