Peter Marcakis

Peter Marcakis is a CPA and Graduate AICD with over 20 years of experience in senior financial roles, primarily in the mining sector, as well as in investment funds, NFP, banking, and manufacturing. They currently serve as Director and Company Secretary at TSH and lead their own business consulting firm, while also lecturing in Corporate Finance at Curtin University. Their extensive experience includes strategic planning, cash management, taxation strategy, and governance across various regions, particularly in Asia. Peter has held key positions such as CFO and Financial Controller, demonstrating strong leadership and financial acumen throughout their career.
