Lancy Varghese

Lancy Varghese currently serves as the Group Company Secretary and Executive Director at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Lancy Varghese was the Senior Vice President and Company Secretary at JSW Steel Ltd from March 1999 to December 2024. Earlier career experiences include management trainee roles at WIPRO Infotech Limited from September 1993 to January 1994 and Yuken India Limited from November 1991 to January 1993. Lancy Varghese is a Fellow Member in Company & Securities Laws from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from SLRC Havanur College of Law, Bangalore.
