Leon Yu

Leon Yu currently serves as Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and Vice Chairman of the Board at the Zhongguancun International Human Resources Association. Yu holds the positions of COO and Associate Dean at the China Research Institute for Intelligence Industry Development and Associate Dean at the Research Institute for Logistics and Supply at Tsinghua University, focusing on advancements in the digital supply chain and smart logistics. Yu is also the Founder and CEO of a Tsinghua University-incubated railway technology startup, which offers an e-commerce platform for instant food delivery to China's high-speed train network. Previous experience includes roles as Head of the Asia Pacific Digital Center at Boston Consulting Group, Director at Volvo Group, and Senior Manager at Daimler AG. Yu earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has an educational background from Tsinghua University.
