Sandra Orlando

Sandra Orlando is an accomplished professional in the field of civil engineering and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships Director at TSL since May 2025. Prior to this role, Sandra spent over 26 years at Lendlease, where experiences included serving as General Manager for NSW Lendlease Building and leading various strategic and project management roles, notably in the Darling Harbour Live Project. Earlier career experience includes a tenure as an Undergraduate Engineer at Pioneer Concrete Australia. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from UNSW, completing the degree in 1998.
