Sharon O'Connell

Sharon O'Connell is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in shared services and accounts payable management. Currently serving as the Head of Shared Services at TSL since October 2024, Sharon has previously held prominent roles including Head of Payments and Group Head of Accounts Payable/Vendor Master Data Manager at P.J. CAREY (CONTRACTORS) LIMITED from May 2017 to October 2024. Sharon's experience also includes managing the P2P Finance Team at Equinix EMEA, leading finance operations at The Kraft Heinz Company, and working in finance management at Galliford Try. Sharon holds an APA and ACA in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and has completed training in the 7 Habits of Trust through Franklin Covey.
