Karalee Tabron began their career at General Motors in 1985 as a Human Resource Professional, where they provided support for 800 US Sales, Marketing, and Advertising employees. Karalee excelled in employee management and strategic planning, with a focus on succession planning and talent development. Karalee's expertise in HR activities contributed to optimizing business results and ensuring an efficient transition of new leaders and employees. After working at General Motors for almost three decades, they moved on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Magna International, overseeing a team of HR and Health and Safety professionals. Karalee conducted workplace investigations and administered workplace surveys in compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements. Karalee then joined Hope Global as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, where they directed the HR function of an international manufacturer. Karalee also served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources, providing strategic leadership for a global manufacturing company. Karalee'sresponsibilities included coaching the executive team, leading progression and succession planning, and designing development programs to enhance engagement and retention. Karalee continued their career as a Human Resources Director at Erickson Living before their current role as the Head of Human Resources at TSM Corp. In this position, they lead a unionized and salary workforce, focusing on designing policies and procedures, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, training, and labor relations activities. Karalee also developed a COVID-19 preparedness and response plan and led negotiations. Throughout their career, Karalee Tabron has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including leadership development, organizational development, communication, feedback, and compliance.
Karalee Tabron obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wayne State University, from 1983 to 1985. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Human Resources at Central Michigan University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
