Saraswati Ria Aditya

Saraswati Ria Aditya has extensive experience in human resources and legal affairs, currently serving as the Human Resource & General Affairs Manager at TSM Technologies since October 2021. Prior to this role, Saraswati was an HR Business Partner at PT Maxx Coffee Prima from July 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing employee relations. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Legal Manager at Great Giant Foods for a brief period in 2016, overseeing business agreements, and as a Commercial Legal Assistant Manager at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Finance from November 2007 to April 2016, where activities included managing the legal department. Earlier roles included Administration Head, Branch Operations, and Corporate Secretary & Legal Supervisor. Saraswati holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics Law from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, earned between 2003 and 2007.
