Chen-Fong Tsai

Chen-Fong Tsai is a experienced Manager at TSMC, focusing on technology development for N2 and higher nodes. With prior roles at Intel Corporation and as a Research Assistant and Project Leader at Texas A&M University, Chen-Fong has a background in technology development, process qualification, and research in functional thin film growth, nanostructures, and electrical and magnetic properties characterization. Chen-Fong holds a Ph.D in Material Science and Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
