Chia Yi Lin

Chia Yi Lin is a Technical Manager at TSMC, focusing on datacenter infrastructure design. They previously served as Chief Engineer at Delta Electronics from 2010 to 2023, where they led various initiatives in datacenter infrastructure design and technical training. Lin achieved significant milestones, including the first Delta datacenter project to receive Uptime TCDD and the first POD solution to achieve Uptime Tier Ready (Tier III). They hold both a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree from the Institute of Applied Mechanics at National Taiwan University.
