Chih Chieh Lo

Chih Chieh Lo has been with TSMC since December 2011, currently serving as a Senior Engineer focused on Research & Development of Package Integration since December 2021. In this role, Chih Chieh Lo is responsible for delivering the new product introduction process and ensuring qualified performance for mass production at TSMC's facility in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Prior to this position, Chih Chieh Lo completed a summer internship at TSMC in July 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Material Science obtained from National Chiao Tung University in 2011, preceded by a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution in 2009.
