Frank Lee

Frank Lee currently serves as Vice President at TSMC North America, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, Frank Lee spent 17 years at Synopsys, advancing through the ranks to become Vice President of Research and Development and earlier as Senior Director of R&D. Frank Lee holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
