Han-Jong Chia is a seasoned project manager currently at TSMC, leading efforts in systems integration and advanced thermal solutions since July 2018. Previous roles at TSMC included managerial positions focused on advanced memory pathfinding. Prior to TSMC, Han-Jong Chia worked at Everspin Technologies from April 2012 to June 2018 as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff, developing innovative modeling techniques for MRAM and applying data science and machine learning to enhance R&D processes. Han-Jong Chia's early career included research positions at NIST/University of Maryland and the University of Texas at Austin, including contributions to novel measurement techniques for nanoscale magnetic devices. Han-Jong Chia holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Physics and Economics from Grinnell College.
