Jen Chou Tseng

Jen Chou Tseng is a Technical Project Manager at TSMC, having joined the company in September 2007. Prior to TSMC, Jen worked at Winbond as a Deputy Manager and at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) as a Section Chief. Jen holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University, a Master's degree in Engineering and System science from National Tsing Hua University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University. Throughout Jen's career, responsibilities have included program management for RRAM IP development, device reliability, EOS/ESD/LU technology programs, and process integration for various semiconductor products.
