Ken Peng Ng

Ken Peng Ng is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the CVD Manager at TSMC since June 2022. With over 12 years at Micron Technology before that, Ken held various key positions including CVD & PVD Equipment Manager and Operations Section Manager, where significant achievements included project leadership on smart manufacturing initiatives and multiple awards for impactful improvements in productivity and processes. Ken’s career commenced as an Equipment Engineer at STMicroelectronics, evolving through roles at industry leaders such as IM Flash and MEMC Electronic Materials. Ken holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and possesses extensive expertise in equipment management, process optimization, and continuous improvement across diverse semiconductor fabrication environments.
