Magreth Marie Lim

Magreth Marie Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Senior Technical Recruitment at TSMC, Magreth is responsible for overseeing hiring and onboarding activities for the establishment of TSMC’s new 5nm $12B Fab in Arizona, implementing strategic plans to attract top technical talent. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Intel Corporation, Magreth developed and executed strategic plans to meet operational goals, managing production teams and performance processes. Early career experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs, where Magreth advanced from Analyst to Manager. Magreth holds an MBA from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University.
