Mauricio Rodriguez, MIS., MBA, currently serves as the Global Talent Intelligence Lead at TSMC, starting in August 2023, where responsibilities include aligning talent strategies with business objectives and advising on talent acquisition for global expansion. Prior to TSMC, Mauricio worked at Logitech from December 2020 to August 2023 as a Global Talent Partner, focusing on technical talent acquisition across various regions and enhancing vendor management processes. Earlier roles include Technical Project Manager and Technical Support Analyst at Sitel, where business intelligence and branding strategies were implemented, and a Collections Specialist at Citi, assisting clients with payment plan solutions. Mauricio holds multiple advanced degrees from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, including a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
