Shih-Jung Ho

R&d Pathfinding Principal Engineer at TSMC

Shih-Jung (Saul) Ho is an experienced semiconductor and materials engineer currently serving as an R&D pathfinding principal engineer at TSMC, focusing on N1 CFET semiconductor device and advanced module development. Prior to this role, Shih-Jung held the position of R&D Manager at HsinLight, Inc., where expertise in new quantum dot display technologies was applied to optimize various production methods and optics integration designs. As a postdoctoral researcher at National Tsing Hua University, Shih-Jung engaged in industry-academia collaboration, conducting proof-of-concept research for multiple optoelectronic companies. Earlier career experience includes a role as a research and development engineer at QBright Materials, Inc., where significant improvements in color gamut were achieved through innovative design of quantum dot materials. Shih-Jung holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from National Tsing Hua University.
