T.c. Morris Cheng

T.C. Morris Cheng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and legal fields. Currently serving as a Director at TSMC since December 2010, Cheng also holds the role of Vice Chair for the Industry Strategy Committee at the Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Judge at the Taiwan Hsinchu District Court from January 2001 to June 2007 and working as an Intern Judge at the Judges and Prosecutors Training Institute, Ministry of Justice from July 1999 to January 2001. Academic credentials include a J.S.D. and a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from National Taiwan University.
