Tzuging Lin is a Principal Engineer at TSMC, specializing in FEOL module research and development for N3 and N5 CMOS processes since August 2016. Prior to this role, Tzuging Lin earned a PhD in Semiconductor Physics from Purdue University, where research focused on low-dimensional semiconductor devices, nanocrystal growth, and nanofabrication, from August 2008 to May 2016. Additionally, Tzuging Lin worked as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica in Taiwan in 2007, conducting low-temperature measurements of novel ferromagnates.
