Wei Chen

Wei Chen is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Section Manager and Tech Manager at TSMC since November 2023, overseeing six software product development teams and streamlining global operation architecture. Previously, Wei held the position of Tech Lead and Staff Software Engineer in Machine Learning at Meta, focusing on commerce page layout and product recommendations. At Amazon Web Services, Wei advanced through roles from Senior Data Scientist to Data Scientist, pioneering the Smart Factory Transformation Framework and delivering machine learning solutions to enterprises. Wei also contributed as a Principal Software Engineer at Change Healthcare, leading projects to build an efficient Healthcare Data Lake. Earlier experience includes leading engineering teams at Groundhog Technologies to develop key platforms for mobile operators and engaging in research roles at prestigious institutions such as National Taiwan University and Stanford University. Wei holds a Master of Science degree in Bio-electronics and Bioinformatics from National Taiwan University.
