Xiang-Min Yang

Xiang-Min Yang is a Senior Physical Design Engineer at TSMC, specializing in GPU implementation for mobile flagship chips with a focus on low power and high performance. Previously, they worked as a Physical Design Engineer at MediaTek, where they contributed to GPU silicon implementation and tape-out of multiple flagship chips. Xiang-Min completed their Master’s degree in Information Technology at National Tsing Hua University, where their thesis focused on security analysis for a logic locking method. They also hold a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from National Tsing Hua University.
