Yih Wang has a strong background in electrical engineering, holding a Ph.D. from the University of Florida and a B.S. from National Tsing Hua University. Currently serving as a Director at 台積電 since May 2018, Yih Wang previously worked at Intel from 2001 to March 2018 as a Sr. Principal Engineer. Prior to joining Intel, Yih Wang was a Pittman-Eminent Scholar Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Florida from September 2000 to June 2001.
