Yu-lin Tsai is the Founder of WATASHI WHISKY and currently serves as a Whisky Propagator, Deputy CEO of WATASHI TRADE Co., Ltd., and a Principal Process Engineer at TSMC. Yu-lin has extensive experience in process engineering, having worked as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer at TSMC, where responsibilities included recipe tuning and automation system development. They also hold significant expertise in the sake industry as a self-employed Sommelier of Sake. Yu-lin earned a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University and a Bachelor of Science in Medicinal and Applied Chemistry from Kaohsiung Medical University.
