Yunhan Wang

YunHan Wang is an experienced data scientist currently employed at TSMC since May 2021, where significant contributions include the development of automated data cleaning processes and feature selection mechanisms, as well as the implementation of predictive models using machine learning and deep learning techniques. Prior to this role, YunHan served as a data engineer at TSMC, focusing on maintaining data infrastructure and leveraging RPA tools to enhance productivity. YunHan has also worked as a production engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation, improving factory efficiency through process modifications and digital technologies, and as a mechanical engineer at ASM, where design and technical support for semiconductor devices were key responsibilities. YunHan holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from National Taiwan University, along with additional education at University of Tsukuba and Yamagata University. Skills include ProE, AutoCAD, and SAP.
