Zheng Chen has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly with 台积电 (TSMC). Since July 2004, Zheng has held various roles, including Manager, where responsibilities included establishing the Monitor Service organization and overseeing fab production planning. As a Supervisor and Fab Planner, Zheng managed the output and delivery for an entire fab, achieving over 120K monthly output and maintaining the top cycle time among TSMC's 200mm fabs, contributing to TSMC China becoming the most profitable fab in mainland China. Additionally, from December 2016 to 2018, Zheng served as a Manager at 台积电 (Nanjing)有限公司, beginning a career in 300mm fabs starting with the 16nm process. Zheng holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from SJTU and a Double Bachelor of Engineering and Management in Industrial Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
