Min Choe

Min Choe has had a long career in the business world. In 2017, they co-founded and became CEO of Tso Chinese Delivery. Min also became a Member Board of Directors at the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce that same year. In 2019, they became Chairman of the Board and Vice Chair of the Board at the Austin Asian Community Health Initiative. Min has continued to serve as a Member Board of Directors at the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce since 2021.

Min Choe attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1996 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
