Brian Keary is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at TSO - The Simpson Organization since 2019, Brian oversees a portfolio within a family-owned property investment and management company. Prior to this role, Brian held positions at Lincoln Property Company Atlanta and The RMR Group as a Property Manager, contributing to the management of significant real estate assets. Earlier experience includes roles at CBRE as a Real Estate Manager and Assistant Real Estate Manager, where management responsibilities encompassed multiple properties. Brian also served as an Asset Manager and Assistant Asset Manager at The Hampshire Companies, focusing on strategic real estate management. Initial career experience includes managing valet services at Paul Miller Auto Group. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Gettysburg College.

TSO began acquiring real estate assets as a principal in 1990. The bulk of its current portfolio was acquired from the mid-1990’s to the present. Our historic acquisition efforts have focused on neighborhood and specialty retail centers, multi-tenant office buildings and urban land located in primary Southeastern markets. We acquire assets with private equity capital from high net worth individuals and our own resources and commercial debt from local and national lending institutions.
