Juan Andres Perez Araya

Juan Andres Perez Araya has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing. Juan Andres started their career in 2007 as an Analyst QA at Itelservice, where they were responsible for monitoring and analyzing transactions for a client, BancoEstado. Juan Andres then moved on to become a QA Tester and later an Analyst Senior, where they played a crucial role in certifying applications and services for customer support. In 2009, they joined Itels as an Analyst de Proyectos, where they supervised and coordinated testing activities for different projects, including managing external networks. Juan Andres also worked at BancoEstado as an Analyst de Proyecto, focusing on testing and project analysis. In 2015, they joined Tsoft as a Quality Assurance Test Lead and later became the QA Test Manager for the ENTEL TDE project. In this role, they managed and coordinated daily executions, applied improvement processes and metrics, facilitated communication, and reviewed test strategies and plans. Juan Andres also held the role of Defect Manager/Gestor de Datos, ensuring efficient defect management. In 2020, they progressed to become the Jefe de proyecto QA, where they led QA projects.
